My name is Jorge Peral and I am an illustrator and 2D artist.
I'm 36 years old and live in the town of A Coruña (Spain). I have been working as an illustrator for 13 years and I have always been passionate about videogames and comics; therefore, I have been taking part in videogame projects since 9 years ago. I have got broad experience in game art (sprites, environments, tilesets, animation, etc) and in concept art (character design, environments, etc). I'm able to adapt my art to different styles, depending on the project, but also have an strong own one.
I have some basic knowledge about 3D and broad experience in UI/UX and game design. Also managing small teams in Art Direction roles.
On the other hand, my experience involves sequential art and narrative skills as well. In these years of career I made storyboards and scriptwritting for games and comics.

I worked as a concept artist, but also was the narrative lead. Some of my tasks were to make character and environment concept designs, layouts, storyboard, UI/UX and supporter in game design.
I worked in some different projects, being One Military Camp the only one announced for now.
In One Military Camp, my role was concept artist and narrative lead. I wrote the script of the game, made the half of the mission texts too and co-directed the opening and ending animated sequences.
On the other hand, I helped to improve the UI/UX and was a supporter on game design decisions.

Working as Art Director in Genesis Quest.
Nevada Suicidal Race is an action racing game inspired in the old 90s arcade tittles.
The development started in 2015 by Gazpacho Games and now it's being developed by Toxo Games. I take part as Art Director and solo artist of the game.
2D art (sprites, tilesets, animations, etc), level design and promotional illustrations for 'Super Retro Maker', a 2D sidescroller platformer where you can build levels and share them with the rest of the community. I'm currently working on it.
Weapon artist. I made sprites of every weapon in the game and also made some armor pieces and a weapon for their other project, 'Archlight'.
